金橘的化学成分、药理作用及应用研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

金橘(kumquat)药食同源,《中华本草》记载其具有理气解郁、消食化痰、醒酒的功效。现代研究表明,金橘含有多种活性成分,如黄酮、挥发油、萜类和多糖等,并具有抗氧化、抗菌、降血脂、调节免疫、消食及解酒保肝等作用。本文总结及归纳了近年来金橘的化学成分、药理作用及应用研究,以期为金橘的进一步开发、利用提供参考。
Kumquat is the homology of medicine and food. " Chinese Herbalism " recorded that it has the effect of regulating Qi and relieving depression,improving digestion and resolving phlegm,and ingesting.Modern research shows that kumquat contains a variety of active components,such as flavonoids,volatile oils,terpenoids,polysaccharides and other chemical components,which play the important role in anti-oxidation,antibacterial,reducing blood lipid,regulating immunity,digestion,relieving alcohol and protecting liver and other pharmacological functions.The chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and applications of kumquat in recent years have been summarized in this article,in order to provide reference for further development and utilization of kumquat.
