人参对小鼠触须毛囊体外培养的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的观察人参提取物对C57BL/6J小鼠毛囊体外培养生长速度、时间及细胞凋亡的影响。方法采用C57BL/6J小鼠触须毛囊体外培养模型,观察人参提取物对毛囊生长速度和时间的影响;采用TUNEL技术,研究对小鼠正常毛囊中的细胞凋亡的影响。结果人参提取物在浓度300、600、1 200μg/L范围有加速毛发生长速度的作用,与空白对照组均有显著性差异,并可显著延长毛发的生长时间。在培养的第12天,人参提取物细胞凋亡数明显少于空白对照组,并呈现一定的剂量依赖性。结论人参提取物能促进C57小鼠触须毛囊的生长,减少毛囊细胞凋亡数。
Objective To study the influence of Radix Ginseng extraction on follicle growth in vitro and cell apoptotic of C57BL/6J mice.Methods The model of organ culture of mouse vibrissa follicle in vitro was used to investigate the influence of Radix Ginseng extraction on follicle growth in vitro;TUNEL technique was used to study the influence of Radix Ginseng extraction on cell apoptosis of normal mouse vibrissa follicles.Results The Radix Ginseng extraction could accelerate follicle growth and prolong the hair growth time with the dose of 300,600,1 200 μg/L,and there were significant differences in comparison with normal group.On the 12th day,the number of cell apoptosis was less than that of the control group in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion The Radix Ginseng extraction can accelerate follicle growth of C57BL/6J mice and reduce the number of hair follicle apoptosis.
