不同厂家依诺沙星片的体外溶出度比较

摘要(Abstract):

目的考察国内5个不同厂家依诺沙星片的体外溶出度情况。方法按《中国药典》2005版采用紫外分光光度法,以9-l000ml盐酸为溶出介质,转速l00r/min,温度37oC±0.5oC,测定不同厂家的6个品种的体外溶出度。结果各厂家依诺沙星片在30min内均溶出80%以上,符合《中国药典》2005版规定,但各组溶出度方差有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论各生产厂家应严格控制产品内在质量,保证临床用药安全有效。
Objective To determine the in vitro dissolution rate of Enoxacin tablets from 5 domestic plants. Methods The dissolution rate was revealed according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005) by UV spectrophotometry. Results The results indicated that all the samples were dissoluted in 30 min. There was very significant difference (P<0.05) in the dissolution parameters in vitro of Td, T50,m of Enoxacin tablets from 5 plants. Conclusion It is necessary to control the dissolution rate of Enoxacin tablets.
