西洋参破壁饮片抗疲劳、耐缺氧、耐低温作用及急性毒性研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的考察西洋参破壁饮片抗疲劳、耐缺氧和耐低温的药效作用及急性毒性作用,为西洋参破壁饮片的安全有效应用提供参考。方法以传统饮片作为对照,分别采用小鼠负重游泳法、常压耐缺氧和耐低温试验方法观察西洋参破壁饮片的药效作用;采用最大给药量法观察西洋参破壁饮片的急性毒性。结果同等剂量的西洋参破壁饮片和1/2剂量的西洋参破壁饮片对小鼠抗疲劳和耐缺氧的作用比传统饮片更显著(P<0.05);1/4剂量和1/8剂量的西洋参破壁饮片抗疲劳和耐缺氧的作用与传统饮片相近;以最大给药量法对小鼠灌胃给药西洋参破壁饮片(剂量相当于其传统饮片临床用量的11~22倍),未出现急性毒性反应。结论西洋参破壁饮片比传统饮片具有更显著的抗疲劳、耐缺氧的作用,且未见毒副作用,本研究为西洋参破壁饮片的安全性和高效利用提供初步参考。
OBJECTIVE To explore the pharmacogical effects and acute toxicity of ultrafine granular powder(UGP) of Panax quinquefolium, in order to provide the scientific evidence of its safety and effectivenessof anti-fatigue, anoxia-tolerant and low-temperature-resistant. METHODS The testing methods of weight-bearing swimming, hypoxia tolerance and low-temperature tolerance in mice were induced to investigate the pharmacogical effects of UGP of Panax quinquefolium compared with that of traditional decoction pieces(TDP). The maximum dose method was used to observe the acute toxicity of UGP of Panax quinquefolium. RESULTS Equal dose and 1/2 dose of UGP of Panax quinquefolium showedmore significant anti-fatigue and anoxia-tolerant effect than thatin TDP of Panax quinquefolium(P<0.05). 1/4 and 1/8 dose of UGP of Panax quinquefolium showed similar anti-fatigue and anoxia-tolerant effect to TDP. No acute toxic reaction was observed in mice which treated with UGP of Panax quinquefolium by MTD(the dose equivalent to 11-22 times of the clinical dose of DP). CONCLUSION Compared with TDP, UGP of Panax quinquefoliumare more significant anti-fatigue and anti-anoxia effects, and shows no toxic effect. The study provides a preliminary reference for the safety and efficient use of UGP of Panax quinquefolium.
