摘要(Abstract)：

目的对广州某院老年门诊患者的药物相关问题进行调查,为指导老年患者合理用药提供依据。方法采用自制调查问卷,并用面谈方式对广州某医院老年门诊患者(>60 a)进行用药调查,主要从适应证、有效性、安全性三方面了解被调查老年患者的用药情况,采用SPSS13.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析。结果发放问卷218份,回收有效问卷214份。出现药物相关问题的老年患者有159例(74.3%),一共发现药物相关问题321条,其中适应证不符99条(30.8%),有效性降低31条(9.7%),用药安全性风险191条(59.5%)。结论广州某医院就诊的老年患者普遍存在药物相关问题。建议加强老年患者用药教育及开展安全用药宣教。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the drug-related problems( DRPs) in elderly outpatients in a hospital in Guangzhou,in order to improve rational use of drugs. METHODS Elderly outpatients( >60 years old) in a hospital in Guangzhou were enrolled and questionnaire surveys were filled by the interviewing subjects. The survey mainly focused on indications,effectiveness and safety. SPSS13.0 software was used to analyze data. RESULTS & CONCLUSION 214 out of 218 questionnaires were completed. DRPs occurred in 159 patients( 74.3%) with 321 DRPs were identified. Most common DRPs was associated with safety( n = 191,59.5%),indication( n= 99,30.8%) and effectiveness( n= 31,9.7%). Generally,DRPs exist in elderly outpatients in this hospital. Advices on how to use medications safely should be enforced.
