肝动脉栓塞用原位植烷三醇立方液晶的设计及性能评价

摘要(Abstract):

目的制备并评价一种用于血管内栓塞治疗肝癌的液体性栓塞材料原位植烷三醇立方液晶。方法以植烷三醇为液晶材料,采用溶致液晶法制备原位植烷三醇立方液晶并评价其性能,运用偏光显微镜(PLM)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、显微拉曼光谱法、小角X射线散射法(SAXS)及流变学等手段确证其吸水溶胀后的液晶晶相。结果原位植烷三醇立方液晶黏度低,适于注射,经检测证明其能吸水溶胀转变成高黏度的具有生物黏附性能的植烷三醇立方液晶。结论体外实验结果表明,原位植烷三醇立方液晶具有良好的流动性及原位特性。
Objective To prepare and evaluate a liquid embolic material of in situ phytantriol cubic liquid crystalline for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods The in situ cubic liquid crystalline based on phytantriol was prepared using lytropic liquid crystalline technology.The behaviors of in situ phytantriol cubic liquid crystalline under contacting with dissolution fluids were investigated in details by polarized light microscopy(PLM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),resonance Raman spectroscopy,and rheological measurements.Results The injectable in situ phytantriol cubic liquid crystalline was formed and could transform into the cubic liquid crystalline upon contacting the dissolution fluids.Conclusion in situ phytantriol cubic liquid crystalline has good fluidity and in situ characteristics in vitro.
