摘要(Abstract)：

目的通过外科药师参与1例骨外科住院感染患者围手术期抗感染的药学服务工作案例,为外科药师的临床工作提供探索和参考。方法外科药师参与1例骨科腰大肌脓肿患者的治疗,从抗菌药物用药指征、品种选择、用法用量等方面协助医生制定给药方案。结果外科药师在该患者治疗中发挥了积极作用,该患者经抗感染治疗好转后出院。结论外科药师可以在外科的临床工作中发挥专业特长,通过与外科医生的紧密合作,为患者提供更全面细致的治疗方案,提高临床治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE To provide reference and explore for surgical pharmacists participating in clinical work through one case of perioperative anti infection pharmaceutical care. METHODS The surgical pharmacists participated in the treatment for a case of psoas major abscess in orthopedics, and assisted the doctor in the formulation of the drug administration plan from the aspects of indications, varieties, usage and dosage of antibiotics, etc. RESULTS The surgical pharmacists played an active role in the treatment of psoas major infection.After anti-infection treatment, the patient's condition was improved and discharged. CONCLUSION The surgical pharmacists can play a professional role in the clinical work of surgery.Through closed cooperation with surgeons, surgical pharmacists can provide more comprehensive and detailed treatment plans for patients and improve the clinical treatment effect.
