摘要(Abstract)：

目的 研究新型辅料和一步制粒法在对乙酰氨基酚片中的应用。方法 用新型辅料通过一步制粒法制粒,压制的对乙酰氨基酚片与以传统辅料、传统工艺制备的对乙酰氨基酚片进行溶出度、脆碎度等项目的比较。结果 以0.9％的聚维酮作黏合剂,配合新辅料制成的对乙酰氨基酚片,各检测项目均优于用传统辅料制备的对乙酰氨基酚片。结论 聚维酮(K-90D)水溶液作为黏合剂配合新辅料运用于新工艺一步制粒法制备对乙酰氨基酚片。
Objective Investigate the application of new accessories and techniques in the preparation of Parecetamol Tablets. Method Compare the dissolution and friablity of traditionally made parecetamol tablets and that of newly mede one which is made by one-step granulation using new accessories and pressing method. Result By using 0. 9% polyvidone and new accessories, the pharmaceutical parameters can be greatly improved compared to traditional parecetamol tablets. Conclusion Polyvidone K-90D solution, as an adhe- sive, is suitable for one-step granulation preparaion of parcetamol tablets.
