摘要(Abstract):

黄芩为中医临床常用药物,具有多种药理作用且疗效确切。黄芩包含丰富的天然产物,其中最主要的活性成分是黄酮类化合物。近年来的研究发现黄芩及其黄酮类成分具有较好的抗病毒活性,能够抑制多种病毒的感染与复制。临床上黄芩也常用于治疗一些病毒感染性疾病。因此,本文对黄芩抗病毒的药理作用及临床应用进行综述,为黄芩在病毒感染性疾病方面的深入研究与应用提供一定的参考。
Scutellaria baicalensis is a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in clinical with multiple pharmacological effects and curative effects. Scutellaria baicalensis contains abundant natural products, among which the most important active ingredients are flavonoids.Recent studies have found that Scutellaria baicalensis and its flavonoids have good antiviral activity to inhibit the infection and replication of a variety of viruses.Scutellaria baicalensis is also utilized for treatment of some viral infectious diseases in clinic.Therefore, this article reviews the antiviral pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Scutellaria baicalensis and provides a certain reference for its further research and application against viral infectious diseases.
