九华痔疮栓中龙脑和异龙脑定量方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立九华痔疮栓中龙脑和异龙脑的含量测定方法。方法样品经乙酸乙酯提取后,采用GC法,以水杨酸甲酯为内标物,色谱柱为PEG-20M毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm),进样口温度为170℃,FID检测器温度为220℃,柱温为120℃,进样量为1μL,分流比为10∶1。结果龙脑和异龙脑的分离度和线性关系良好,线性范围分别为0.026 52~0.795 6 mg·m L(-1)(r=0.999 9)和0.018 6~0.558 mg·m L(-1)(r=0.999 9)和0.018 6~0.558 mg·m L(-1)(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为99.3%(RSD=0.5%)和98.5%(RSD=0.7%)。结论该定量方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于九华痔疮栓的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of borneol and isobornel in Jiuhuazhichuang Suppositories.METHODS The sample was extracted by ethyl acetated,and analyzed by gas chromatography using Methylmethyl salicylate as the internal standard. The column was PEG-20 M capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5 μm) and the inlet temperature was 170 ℃,FID was used as detector with a temperature of 220 ℃,and the column temperature was 120 ℃,and the volume was 1 μL,and the split ratio was10 ∶1. RESULTS Borneol and isobornel were separated with a good linearity in the concentration of 0. 026 52-0. 795 6 mg·m L(-1)(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为99.3%(RSD=0.5%)和98.5%(RSD=0.7%)。结论该定量方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于九华痔疮栓的质量控制。
