摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察天葵菌毒清颗粒镇咳抗炎药理作用。方法采用氨水致小鼠咳嗽实验观察药物的镇咳作用;通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验及腹腔注射醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高实验,观察药物对炎症反应的影响。结果天葵菌毒清颗粒对小鼠浓氨水引咳有明显延长咳嗽潜伏期并明显减少小鼠咳嗽次数的作用。结论天葵菌毒清颗粒具有明显的镇咳、抗炎作用。
Objective To observe the antitussive and anti-inflammatory effects of Tiankuijunduqing granule.Methods Effects of Tiankuijunduqing granule on anti-inflammation were observed by xylene-induced mouse ear inflammation and the increase of capillary permeability by acetic acid in mice;the antitussive effect was observed by ammonia water induced cough model of mice.Results Tiankuijunduqing granule could significantly inhibit ear edema and the increase of capillary permeability.The granules could also decrease the frequency of cough induced by awanonia in mice and prolong the latent period of cough.Conclusion Tiankuijunduqing granule has significant antitussive and anti-inflammatory effects.
