摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨婴儿口服地高辛醑剂后血药浓度与临床疗效、给药剂量、合并用药情况、性别、年龄和体重的相关性。方法查阅广东省人民医院2005~2009年口服地高辛醑剂的婴儿病历,记录疗效、用药情况、性别、体重、年龄、血药浓度监测结果等,用统计软件SPSS 13.0进行分析。结果 415例婴儿口服地高辛醑剂血药浓度测定值在治疗浓度0.8~2.2 ng/ml的共270例,占65.1%;低于治疗浓度范围下限(<0.8 ng/ml)的共107例,占25.8%;高于治疗浓度范围上限(>2.2 ng/ml)的共48例,占11.6%。婴儿地高辛血药浓度值与性别不存在明显相关性,但与给药剂量、年龄、体重、合并用药和具体病情有关。结论地高辛血药浓度受个体因素与具体病情影响,药物剂量的制订和调整,应考虑可能影响地高辛血药浓度的各种因素,结合婴儿自身情况来决定最佳给药方案。
Objective To investigate the correlations of digoxin blood concentration with clinical therapeutic effect,dosage,sex,age and body weight in babies after taking digoxin elixirs.Methods The monitoring records of digoxin blood concentration in babies after taking digoxin elixirs of 415 cases were consulted retrospectively.Data of drug concentration,sex,age,body weight,and blood concentration of digoxin were analyzed and treated by SPSS13.0 software.Results Among 415 samples,the digoxin blood concentration in the therapeutic window(0.8~2.2 ng/ml) were 65.1%(270),<0.8 ng/ml were 25.8%(107),and>2.2 ng/ml were 11.6%(48).No significant correlation was noted between digoxin blood concentration and sex,but it was correlated with dosage,age,body weight,combination drug therapy,and specific conditions.Conclusion Digoxin blood concentration is concerned with individual differences and specific conditions,so it is necessary to give the best individualized treatment plan according to monitoring results and babies' specific conditions.
