摘要(Abstract)：

目的调查广东省药学会县级医院合理用药联盟成员单位的药事管理和临床药学现状,针对目前状况提出改进策略与建议。方法采用网络问卷调查法,对联盟的64个县级医院药学人员进行调查,对60份有效问卷进行统计分析。结果参与本次调查的60家县级医院大部分属于中等规模的医院,药事管理和临床药学服务工作初具规模,但认为存在临床药学工作开展深度和广度不够、药学队伍建设缓慢、药事管理人才缺乏、信息化管理建设不到位以及PPI类药物、抗菌药物、重点监控药物不合理使用等情况,期待联盟开展专项培训与专项工作来进一步提高整体水平。结论为提高医院临床药物治疗安全性以及药品使用合理性,联盟可通过集中授课或现场指导的方式开展医院药事管理以及临床合理用药等方面的培训和专题系列活动。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the current situation of pharmacy management and clinical pharmacy in the member units of County-level hospital alliance for rational drug use of Guangdong Pharmaceutical Association,and to put forward suggestions for the current problems. METHODS Questionnaires were conducted among 64 county hospitals of County-level hospital alliance for rational medicine use of Guangdong Pharmaceutical Association and 60 valid questionnaires were analyzed. RESULTS 60 county hospitals participated in this investigation were medium-sized hospitals,and their pharmacy management and clinical pharmacy service were shaping. However,there were still some problems such as Insufficient conducted clinical pharmacy work,deferred construction of pharmaceutical team,lack of pharmaceutical management personnel, poor information management, and misuse of PPI drugs,antibiotics and key monitoring drugs. It was expected that the alliance can carry out professional trainings and special work to improve pharmacy management among county hospitals. CONCLUSION In order to improve rational drug usage and ensure drug safety among county hospitals,the alliance can conduct trainings and special series of activities on hospital drug management and clinical rational drug use through centralized teaching or on-site guidance.
