1例Stevens-Johnson综合征/中毒性表皮坏死松解症的诱发因素分析

摘要(Abstract):

目的探讨1例中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者的最可能的诱导药物。方法分析1例中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者皮疹出现前所用药物,参照ALDEN评分表,评估最可能的致敏药物。结果依据ALDEN评分表,头孢克肟颗粒得分5分,非那雄胺片和盐酸坦洛新缓释片均得2分,注射用拉氧头孢、注射用头孢孟多酯钠、醋酸泼尼松片、乳酸左氧氟沙星钠注射液均得1分。结论该患者的中毒性表皮坏死松解症由头孢克肟颗粒诱发可能性最大。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the precipitating factors in one case of toxic epidermal necrolysis who had a exposure history of multiple drugs. METHODS The drugs exposed before the eruption in 1 case of toxic epidermal necrolysis were analyzed carefully.In order to find the most likely sensitizing agents,all drugs were graded according to the ALDEN scale. RESULTS All exposed drugs were scored according to the ALDEN score sheet. Cefixime granules scored the highest with 5 points,finasteride tablets and tamloxacin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets scored 2 points, and laoxycephalosporin for injection, cefmendol sodium for injection,prednisone acetate tablets and levofloxacin lactate sodium injection scored 1 point. CONCLUSION The patient's SJS/TEN hypersensitivity symptoms are most likely to be induced by cefixime particles.
