摘要(Abstract):

番石榴多糖是番石榴的最主要化学成分和有效成分之一,具有降血糖、抗氧化、抗糖化、抗菌、免疫调节等生物活性。本综述主要概述了番石榴多糖的化学成分,提取、分离与纯化以及番石榴多糖的药理作用等方面内容,以期为番石榴多糖的深入研究与开发利用提供参考。
The Psidium guajava L.polysaccharide,which is one of the most important chemical and effective constituents of guava,has various biological activities,such as hypoglycemic,antioxidant,anti-glycated,antibacterial,regulating immune effects.To provide reference for further research and development of Psidium guajava L.polysaccharide,chemical constituent,extraction,separation and purification,pharmacological action of Psidium guajava L.polysaccharide were summarized in this review.
