超高效液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱联用仪快速筛查化妆品中7种禁用局部麻醉药

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立快速筛查化妆品中7种禁用局部麻醉药(普鲁卡因胺、普鲁卡因、氯普鲁卡因、利多卡因、苯佐卡因、丁卡因、辛可卡因)的超高效液相色谱四极杆飞行时间质谱联用法。方法样品经前处理后,通过Agilent ZORBAX Extend C_(18)色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8μm)在8 min内完成有效分离后,采用电喷雾四级杆飞行时间质谱进行筛查分析。结果方法相对标准偏差0.89%~1.99%,7种化合物的检出限10.0~92.3 ng·m L(-1),在低、中、高三个浓度的平均加标回收率为95.8%~104.3%。结论该方法快速、简便、准确,为化妆品样品的高通量快速筛查提供了可靠实用的技术手段。
OBJECTIVE A comprehensive analytical method based on ultra performance liquid chromatography quadrupole timeof-flight mass spectrometry is developed for the rapid screening of 7 local anesthetics( procainamide,procaine,chlorprocaine,lidocaine,benzocaine,tetracaine,cinchocaine) prohibited in cosmetics. METHODS The samples were pretreated,separated by using a Agilent ZORBAX Extend C_(18)(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8 μm) column within 8 min.The screening analysis was then carried out by electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry. RESULTS The limits of detection for 7 compounds ranged from10.0 ng·m L(-1),在低、中、高三个浓度的平均加标回收率为95.8%~104.3%。结论该方法快速、简便、准确,为化妆品样品的高通量快速筛查提供了可靠实用的技术手段。

CONCLUSION The established method is rapid,simple and accurate,and provides a reliable and effective technique for high-throughput screening of cosmetics.
