摘要(Abstract)：

目的 建立杏丁注射液的细菌内毒素检查法。方法 参照《中国药典》2000年版(二部)附录收载的细菌内毒素检查法及其应用指导原则进行试验。结果 供试品在1:120的稀释倍数下无干扰作用。结论 用细菌内毒素检查法检查杏丁注射液的内毒素是可行的。
Objective To establish a bacterial endotoxin test for kuding injection. Methods Bacterial endotoxin test procedure and guiding principle in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000 were used. Results The experiment shows that Kuding injection has no interference in 1: 180 dilution. Conclusion It is available that bacterial endotoxin test can be used for the detection of Kuding injection.
