综合医院住院患者抗菌药物应用横断面调查分析Cross-sectional Study of Antibacterial Use of Hospitalized Patients in A General Hospital

摘要(Abstract)：
目的了解医院住院患者抗菌药物日使用情况变化趋势,为制定抗菌药物管理策略提供依据。方法采用横断面调查的方法,对2010、2011、2012年某一天住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况进行调查。结果 3次调查住院患者的抗菌药物使用率总体呈下降趋势,分别为48.4%、38.3%、33.4%;治疗使用抗菌药物的病原学送检率分别为36.3%、52.7%、60.2%;特殊使用抗菌药物的构成比分别为2.6%、2.1%、1.4%;预防用药比例分别为39.4%、28.9%、38.2%,联合用药比例分别为37.5%、27.2%、31.4%;3年平均日使用率居前三位的科室依次为重症医学科、儿科、五官科。结论住院患者抗菌药物日使用情况的合理性逐渐提高,但仍需加强监控及管理。
Objective To provide basis for antibacterials management by investigating antibacterials use of hospitalized patients in a day.Methods To investigate antibacterials use of hospitalized patients by cross-sectional study at one day of 2010,2011,2012.Results The rates of antibacterials use of hospitalized patients in the 3 surveys were 48.4%,38.3%,33.4%,respectively;the rate of the pathogenic detection were 36.3%,52.7%,60.2%,respectively;the constituent ratio of special antibacterials were 2.6%,2.1%,1.4%,respectively;the rates of antibacterial Prophylaxis were 39.4%,28.9%,38.2%,respectively;the rate of antibacterials combination were 37.5%,27.2%,31.4%,respectively;the top three department of daily antibacterials use were ICU,pediatrics and ENT.Conclusion The daily antibacterials use of hospitalized patients is becoming more and more reasonable,but monitoring and management of their use still should be strengthened.
