正交试验法优选五味子酊的渗漉工艺
Study on Percolation Process of Wuweizi Tincture by Orthogonal Test

摘要(Abstract):

目的筛选五味子酊的最佳渗漉提取工艺。方法以五味子醇甲含量和浸膏收率为评价指标,采用正交试验确定最佳渗漉提取工艺。结果五味子酊的最佳提取工艺为:以60%乙醇浸渍24 h,10倍量进行渗漉,流速为2 m L·kg(-1)·min(-1)·min(-1)。结论该提取工艺效率高、合理、稳定,可为五味子酊大批量生产提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To optimize percolation extraction process for Wuweizi tincture. METHODS With the content of schisandrin and the yield of extractum as index,the extraction condition were optimized by orthogonal tests. RESULTS The best extraction process for Wuweizi tincture as follows: adding 10 times 60% ethanol infusing 24 h,percolating at the speed of 2 m L·kg(-1)。结论该提取工艺效率高、合理、稳定,可为五味子酊大批量生产提供参考。
