ICP-MS法测定胃苏颗粒中6种有害元素的含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立ICP-MS法测定胃苏颗粒中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)、镍(Ni) 6种有害元素。方法样品经微波消解后采用ICP-MS测定,通过在线加入内标锗(Ge)、铟(In)、铋(Bi)元素的方法来校正基体效应和干扰。结果胃苏颗粒中的6种有害元素在检测浓度范围内线性关系良好(r值在0.999 3~0.999 9之间),各元素的回收率在92.36%~102.55%之间,RSD在0.85%~2.1%之间。结论该方法操作简单,具有良好的重复性和准确性,可用于胃苏颗粒中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜、镍的检测,对其质量标准进行补充,并为其风险监控提供了可靠的技术支持。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the content determination of 6 harmful metals including Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu,Ni in Weisu granule by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).METHODS Samples were digested by microwave and measured with ICP-MS.The internal standard solution with Ge,In and Bi were used to help avoid the interference of matrix elements and spectra.RESULTS The validated method indicated that the correlative coefficients(r) for 6 elements were between 0.999 3 to 0.999 9,respectively.The recoveries of elements were between 92.36% to 102.55%.RSD were between 0.85% to 2.1%,and the RSD on the high side.CONCLUSION The method is easy to operate and has good linear relationship,high accuracy and excellent precision.And it can be used to detect the Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu,Ni in Weisu granule.Which can improve standards and provide technical support for risk monitoring.
