HPLC法测定越橘益视胶囊中叶黄素的含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立越橘益视胶囊含量测定的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用资生堂MGⅡ色谱柱,甲醇-甲基叔丁基醚(85∶15,V/V)为流动相,流速0.2 m L·min(-1),柱温25℃,检测波长为445 nm。结果叶黄素在0.83~41.6μg·m L(-1),柱温25℃,检测波长为445 nm。结果叶黄素在0.83~41.6μg·m L(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为96.3%,RSD为2.8%。结论该方法简便易行,稳定性好,可作为越橘益视胶囊的含量测定方法,控制产品质量。
OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the determination of lutein in Yuejuyishi capsule. METHODS The analysis was performed on a SHISEIDO MGⅡcolumn with methanol-methyl tert-butyl ether(85 ∶15,V/V) as mobile phase. The flow rate was sat at 0.2 m L·min(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为96.3%,RSD为2.8%。结论该方法简便易行,稳定性好,可作为越橘益视胶囊的含量测定方法,控制产品质量。

RESULTS The calibration curves was linear in the concentration range of 0.83-41.6 μg·m L(-1),the column temperature was 25 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 445 nm. RESULTS The calibration curves was linear in the concentration range of 0.83-41.6 μg·m L(-1) with correlation coefficients( r = 0.999 9),the average recovery was96.42% with the relative standard deviation of 3.5%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,credible and suitable for determination of lutein in Yuejuyishi capsule.
