PBL结合CBL教学法在肾内科临床药师培训教学查房中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

目的提高肾内科临床药师培训临床实践技能的学习质量。方法带教药师建立PBL(problem-based learning)结合CBL(case-based learning)的教学查房模式。查房流程包括确定患者、预习病例、汇报病史、药学问诊、问题讨论、自由讨论、总结点评以及完善记录。结果教学查房通过分析实际案例和讨论问题,有助于培养学员病例汇报、药学问诊、用药教育、医嘱重整等技能,引导学员评估患者依从性,制订个体化治疗方案、药学监护计划以及用药教育计划,帮助学员培养临床思维,并指导文书作业的书写。结论 PBL结合CBL的教学查房模式有助于发挥学员的主观能动性,促进学员对病种和药物知识的掌握,提高学员分析和解决临床问题的能力,也可以提高带教药师的教学水平。
OBJECTIVE To improve the training quality of nephrology clinical pharmacists training. METHODS PBL(problem-based learning)combined with CBL's(case-based learning) teaching methods were used in teaching rounds. The rounds process included identify patients, prepare for cases,report medical history, pharmacist interrogation, problem discussion, free discussion, summrize reviews and finish records. RESULTS By analyzing actual cases and discussing problems, the teaching ward can cultivate the students' case reporting, pharmacist interrogation, medication education, medication reconciliation and other skills, and can guide students to assess patient adherence, develop individualized treatment plans, pharmaceutical monitoring plans, and medication education plans. CONCLUSION PBL combined with CBL's teaching rounds model can help students to exert their subjective initiative, promote students' knowledge of diseases and drugs, and improve their ability to analyze and solve clinical problems, as well as the teaching level of teaching pharmacists.
