摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨干预前后医院甲状腺手术、乳腺手术、疝气修补术3种Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防用抗菌药物的合理性与干预措施实施的效果。方法选取2011年9月份及2012年9月份3种Ⅰ类切口手术出院病历,进行干预前后预防用抗菌药物合理性的对照研究。结果抗菌药物使用率由干预前97.37%下降为干预后35.16%(P<0.05);抗菌药物的合理使用率由干预前5.26%上升为干预后67.03%(P<0.05);不合理使用抗菌药物的现象明显改善。平均住院天由干预前6.16 d下降为干预后3.98 d(P<0.05)。结论医院采取的干预措施有效、可行,可显著提高抗菌药物的合理使用率,降低药物费用,缩短住院天数。
Objective To study the rational application of antibiotics at perioperative period of 3 types I incision operations including thyroid surgery,breast surgery,repairing hernia surgery,and survey the effect of the intervention measures.Methods The data of medication of 2 patient groups in Sep 2011(before intervention) and Sep 2012(after intervention) were collected and compared.Results The percentage of antibiotics application was from 97.37% before intervention to 35.16% after intervention(P<0.05).The rationality of antibiotics application was from 05.26% to 67.03%(P<0.05).The reasons of the irrational antibiotics application before and after intervention were significantly different.The average length of stay in the hospital were remarkably decreased from 6.16 d to 3.98 d(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention measures are effective and feasible.This principle can contribute to improving the rational application of antibiotics,and decreasing the antibiotics costs,and can shorten the number of days in hospital.
