薄层色谱法快速检查复方罗布麻片Ⅰ中掺伪大花罗布麻叶方法研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的建立薄层色谱法快速检查复方罗布麻片Ⅰ中罗布麻叶在生产过程中是否存在掺伪大花罗布麻叶的方法。方法以硅胶G为薄层板,以白麻苷为对照品,建立薄层色谱检查方法。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,罗布麻片Ⅰ中罗布麻叶阴性对照无干扰。结论建立的方法操作简单、快捷,能有效的检查复方罗布麻片Ⅰ中罗布麻叶是否存在掺伪大花罗布麻叶的情况,同时为进一步修订和完善复方罗布麻片Ⅰ标准提供试验依据。
OBJECTⅠVE TLC are used to explore whether there is adulteration of Apocynum venetum L. in compound Luobuma tablets Ⅰ in the production process. METHODS The TLC method was established by using Quercetin-3-O-sophoroside as reference on silica G thin layer plate. RESULTS The TLC spots were clear,and negative control had no interference. CONCLUSⅠON The established method is simple and fast,which can effectively adulterate the Apocynum venetum L. in compound Luobuma tablets Ⅰ.
