摘要(Abstract)：

目的了解医院急诊科注射剂的使用现状,为进一步加强针剂合理用药管理提供资料。方法利用我院用药信息系统提取2019年第一季度急诊科以"注射"为给药途径的用药数据,对其用药分类进行统计。抽取600张急诊科注射剂处方进行点评。结果 2019年第一季度急诊注射用药合共271个品规,其中金额排名前34位药品的用药费用累计占比高达80%,对34个药品以药理学-治疗学分为14类,按分类金额由高到低排名,前三位是抗菌药、改善微循环药和降压药。排名前34位药品中有12个品种占金额24.98%,为我院重点监控。处方不合格率为2.5%。结论通过对急诊科注射剂使用情况的分析,为将来对急诊用药的专项点评提供资料。
OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of the use of injections in emergency department in hospital,and to provide information for the management of injections.Six hundred injections prescription were chosen randomly to review. METHODS To classify injections by injection administration used in the emergency department during the first season of 2019,which were extracted using Drug Information System. RESULTS Two hundred and seventy one specifications of injections were prescribed in the emergency department.The cumulative cost of the top 34 injections accounted for 80 percent of the total cost.Thirty-four injections were classified into 14 categories by pharmacology-therapeutics.The antibacterial drugs,improved microcirculation drugs and antihypertensive drugs ranked the top three costs.Among the top 34 medicines,12 of them were the monitoring drugs in our hospital,accounting for 24.98% of the total amount of medicines in 34 varieties.The fraction defective of the prescription was 2.5%. CONCLUSION The analysis of the use of injections in emergency department provides information for future special comments on medications for emergency medication.
