基于VOSviewer的干眼热点与前沿研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的了解干眼相关研究热点和发展趋势,为后续研究提供参考。方法通过检索Web of Science数据库2009~2019年十年间关于干眼相关文献,采用VOSviewer聚类软件对干眼相关文献类型、作者、机构、年份等进行可视化网络分析。结果研究共纳入Web of Science数据库2009~2019年干眼相关文献7 754篇,共被引用11 8997次,h-index为103次,发文量和被引频次每年均呈递增趋势。文献主要来源最多的期刊是"INVESTIGATIVE OPHTHALMOLOGY&VISUAL SCIENCE"。被引量排名前十的研究文献质量较高。发文量最多的国家是美国(2 476,31.93%),哈佛大学是发表干眼相关文献最多的机构,TSUBOTA K在干眼相关发文量及被引频次总数都是最多的作者。通过VOSviewer软件分析共现关键词发现,关键词主要集中在基础研究、疾病、临床试验、外科手术、症状、治疗、流行病学7个族群。结论 2009~2019年干眼相关文献发文量和被引频次每年均呈递增趋势。美国在干眼相关研究上较为成熟,无论在发文量和文献质量来看,都领先于其他国家。人工泪液、环孢素可能是未来治疗研究的热点,为后续干眼相关研究提供依据和参考。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the research hotspot and development trend of dry eye, so as to provide reference for the future research. METHODS Relevant literaturesof dry eye were extracted on Web of Science from 2009 to 2019. VOSviewer clustering software was used to visualize the network analysis of dry eye related document types, authors, institutions, years, etc. RESULTS 7 754 papersrelated to dry eye in the Web of Science database from 2009 to 2019 were included in this study.The papers were cited 118 997 times, with an h-index of 103 times. The number of articles published and the frequency of citations were increased every year. The journal with the most main sources of literature was "INVESTIGATIVE OPHTHALMOLOGY & VISUAL SCIENCE". The top ten cited research documents were of higher quality. The country with the largest number of publications was the United States(2 476, 31.93%). Harvard University was the institution that published the most articles related to dry eye. TSUBOTA K was the author with the largest number of publications related to dry eye and the total number of citations. Analysis of co-occurring keywords through VOSviewer software, it was found that the keywords were mainly concentrated on the 7 ethnic groups of basic research, disease, clinical trials, surgery, symptoms, treatment, and epidemiology. CONCLUSION From 2009 to 2019, the number of articles published and the frequency of citations related to dry eye has been increasing every year. The United States is relatively mature in dry eye related research, and is ahead of other countries in terms of the amount of publications and the quality of the literature. Artificial tears and cyclosporine may be the hot spots of future treatment research, providing basis and reference for follow-up dry eye related research.
