摘要(Abstract)：

目的分析本院门诊患者硫唑嘌呤片的使用和超说明书用药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法抽取本院2013-01~06含有硫唑嘌呤片的门诊处方共1 910张,按患者的基本情况、科室分布、临床诊断进行统计分析。结果患者男女比例约为1∶5,年龄主要集中在19~60 a(82.56%)。硫唑嘌呤片在本院风湿内科和皮肤科使用的频率较高,分别占45.18%和28.01%。本院硫唑嘌呤片的超适应证用药包括硬皮病(3.09%)、白塞病(2.36%)、天疱疮(2.25%)、未分化结缔组织病(2.10%)、湿疹(1.41%)等,均有指南证据支持。结论硫唑嘌呤片在本院门诊的超说明书用药有指南的推荐,使用基本合理。
Objective To analyze the utilization and off-label drug use of azathioprine tablets in outpatient department of the hospital,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug application. Methods A total of 1910 outpatient prescriptions of azathioprine tablets were selected from the hospital in 2013 January to 2013 June. The utilization of azathioprine was analyzed statistically in terms of basic information of patients,distribution of departments and clinical diagnoses. Results The male-female ratio of patients was 1∶ 5,the application rate of azathioprine was the highest in the patients aged from 19 to 60 years old(82. 56%). Azathioprine had been widely used in rheumatology department and dermatological department in the hospital,accounting for 45. 18% and 28. 01%,respectively. The off-label drug use of azathioprine in the hospital including scleroderma( 3. 09%),behcet disease( 2. 36%),pemphigus( 2. 36%),undifferentiated connective tissue disease(2. 10%),eczema(1. 41%) and so on,which were all supported by guidelines and evidence-based. Conclusion The off-label drug use of azathioprine tablets in the outpatient department of the hospital was recommended by guidelines and basically reasonable.
