摘要(Abstract)：

目的充分了解药品带量采购在医疗机构的实施现状,望发现问题,为后续工作提供参考及借鉴。方法根据某院"4+7"带量采购政策执行1年期间中选药品的采购数据和销售数据,利用EXCEL对数据统计绘图。结果与规定采购量相比,"4+7"中选药品实际采购完成百分比为100.00%～25 171.43%。大部分中选药每月采购量、销售量都趋向平衡,个别中选药的某些月份采购或销售数据波动稍大。结论某院第一轮带量采购工作圆满完成。个别中选药采购或销售数据存在波动,这可能与药品本身性质、医院政策、就诊人次等社会环境相关。医疗机构在执行带量采购政策时,应予以注意,适时调整、保证采购量的完成。
OBJECTIVE To fully understand the current status of the implementation of drug procurement in medical institutions, for finding problems, and providing reference for follow-up work. METHODS According to a hospital's "4+7" procurement policy, the procurement data and sales data of the selected drugs during the one-year period were implemented, and the data were statistically plotted using EXCEL. RESULTS Compared with the regular purchase group, the actual purchase percentage of "4+7" selected drugs was 100.00%-25 171.43%. The monthly purchase group and sales group of most selected medicines had tended to be balanced, and the purchasing or sales data of some special individual selected medicinesfluctuated slightly in certain months. CONCLUSION The first round of procurement for a certain group of a hospital has successfully completed. There are fluctuations in the purchase or sales data of some selected medicines, which may be related to the nature of the medicines, hospital policies, and the social environment such as number of patients and so on. Medical institutions should pay attention to the implementation of the procurement policy with group, and timely adjust and ensure the completion of the procurement group.
