脑蛋白水解物联合纳洛酮对新生儿低血糖脑损伤中血清NSE及S100B蛋白的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的探讨脑蛋白水解物联合纳洛酮治疗新生儿低血糖脑损伤的效果及对血清神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及S100B蛋白的影响。方法选取2015年2月~2017年5月收治的新生儿低血糖脑损伤患儿102例,并根据数字表法随机分为观察组及对照组,每组51例,两组患儿均给予纳洛酮治疗,观察组在基础上加用脑蛋白水解物治疗,观察两组的临床效果。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测患儿血清NSE及S100B蛋白水平,并进行对比分析。结果观察组总有效率(94.12%)明显高于对照组(78.43%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿意识、反射、肌张力恢复时间及住院时间明显少于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗7 d后血清NSE及S100B蛋白水平均明显低于治疗前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗3 d、7 d血清NSE及S100B蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑蛋白水解物联合纳洛酮治疗新生儿低血糖脑损伤效果显著,能明显改善临床症状,并能降低NSE及S100B蛋白的水平。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of cerebral proteolysis combined with naloxone on neonatal hypoglycemia brain injury,and the effects on serum neuro-specific enolase( NSE) and S100 B proteins. METHODS A total of 102 cases of neonatal hypoglycemia brain injury admitted to a hospital from February 2015 to May 2017 were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the numerical table method. Both groups were treated with naloxone,and the observation group was treated with brain protein hydrolysate. The clinical effects of two groups were observed. Serum NSE and S100 B protein levels were measured by ELISA and compared. RESULTS Total effective rate of the observation group( 94.12%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 78.43%),the difference was statistically significant( P< 0.05). The time of consciousness,reflex,muscle tension recovery and hospitalization in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). The serum NSE and S100 B protein levels of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the two groups at the time of 7 days treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). The serum NSE and S100 B protein levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 3 days and 7 days treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). CONCLUSION Naloxone combined with brain protein hydrolysate is effective in the treatment of neonatal hypoglycemia brain injury. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of NSE and S100 B protein.
