摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨临床药师在带状疱疹合并急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)患者临床治疗中发挥的作用。方法临床药师对1例狼疮肾炎合并带状疱疹与AKI患者的抗病毒和镇痛治疗方案进行分析,并进行药学监护。结果临床药师建议医生根据患者肾功能调整喷昔洛韦剂量。患者出现头晕、恶心不良反应时药师建议调整镇痛方案并对患者进行了详细的用药教育。结论药师参与临床治疗,有助于提高患者用药的安全性及有效性。
OBJECTIVE To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of patients with herpes zoster and acute kidney injury( AKI). METHODS The clinical pharmacist analyzed the antiviral and analgesic drugs of a patient with lupus nephritis complicated with herpes zoster and AKI,and performed pharmacological care. RESULTS The clinical pharmacist suggested the doctor adjust the dose of penciclovir according to the patient's renal function. When the patient developed dizziness and nausea symptoms,the pharmacist suggested adjusting the analgesic drugs and provided detailed medication education for the patient. CONCLUSION The participation of pharmacists in clinical treatment can help improve the safety and effectiveness of medications for patients.
